As long as you've been in the clan for one week (Wednesday midnight GMT the week resets) then you can help out at the cita :>

2 reasons why i cant cap:
1. I'm in school during that time
2. I left cc and rejoined Sunday so i have to wait a week. But sure enough, i will cap after my 1 week is up.
