ok given kapitein 2 strikes because thats a serious offence, next incident he gets kicked from clan.

even if you are in floor can u please take a quick screen capture then post it on paint after floor. then address the problem after floor please. it is very important that we correct these incidents in the cc when they happen, not just post it on here and they dont hear that we have taken action.
so PLEASE
1. take a quick screen capture
2. make sure you/another staff addresses the problem in cc at the time or as soon as possible
3. if they deserve a warning, LET THEM KNOW
4. post it on here, or if your not sure if they deserve a warning/s post here and make sure you tell the offender when a punishment has been decided.
so atm kapitein and arab keyer need to be let know of their warnings - can someone please post to confirm they have been told.

Somewhat relevant: I think Arab Keyer is just high strung. I don't think he realizes the things he says are offensive, and I also don't think he means them. Not that this is an excuse, but I have a feeling once he knows about this warning he'll tone it down.
Just yesterday Black Magic and I were trying to answer a question for him and it turned into a big confrontation because he wasn't really listening and interpreting his own answers from what we were saying -- nothing that deserves a warning of any kind, but it was briefly hostile. There are no hard feelings (at least on my end, and hopefully his too), but I think the two events had something in common.
