idk about "no flaming" or "less trolling"
I think instead we should make it that any actual malicious comments or anything that is actually offensive should not be tolerated.
We're a pretty open community, and I don't think we should inhibit people from screwing around and having fun.
But openly mean and cruel behaviour should not be tolerated.

i like the idea :> cos as im sure we all know theres quite a bit of unnecessary trolling/flaming in the clan but i guess itd have to be really rude to deserve a warning like kevin said since we are known as a pretty laidback clan =p (edited this :>) dont think ive ever rly heard of anyone scamming but its good that it be implemented just in case. :> cant rly think of any other major problems that rules should be implemented for c:

It's not exactly just flaming or trolling... it's more if someone is making derogatory remarks. It just crosses the line sometimes. If everything a person is saying in the CC starts an argument/puts another clan mate down it should be 100% unacceptable.

Make a thread in admins section to post screens and track members who have strikes. We can keep all the discussion there. y/n?

if you have any problem with a member send me or maria a screen and we will decide who is kicked/banned. Admins should remind people when it happens in cc that trolling isn't acceptable. we need to reduce this especially towards guests.

Harmless flaming or trolling isn't really much of an issue. Like Alec said, it's the derogatory, intentionally rude stuff that is frustrating. I think it's up to the discretion of the Admins to decide between whether or not someone's comments are malicious or playful, and then warnings/temporary bans can be decided upon from there.
I think Otto's idea of a "behavior thread" (for lack of a better term, lol) is a good idea. All admins+ can be on the same page that way.

Okay so we'll post the screenshots of said strikes in the "behavior" thread and a dep+ will review it and make the final decision.

s/l floors
When you take leeches from the cc and they 'fail' to leech admin+ can not ban this person from 3bo.Rage and flame due to people 'fail' as leeches on s/l speed floors is not acceptable.
