AHK or AutoHotKey (Pastebin link can be found here pastebin.com/rcGdMufd)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ahk is primarily used for dg. When used correctly it increases apm and speeds up the progress of the dungeon. It consists of scripts that perform certain actions, ideally quicker than the manual action. For example: Dropping pgt/ggs, certain puzzles [Blocks, Push stats, etc], or your base at the start of the dungeon. AHK is not a requirement, some people prefer it and some don't this is just to inform, the decision is up to you.
Here are some examples of dropping your pgt/gt with AHK
Smuggler interface with AHK
A puzzle that AHK could be used with
As you can see in the 3 videos above the actions that normally would have been completed by right clicking were done with AHK. Replacing right clicks is not the only function of AHK, there are many things it can do but i'm just covering basics with it in dg.
There are differences between the different AHK's. What I mean by this is when you right click normally to sell 50 katagon arrows or so the option to do so is farther down than say, selling a katagon platebody. These are different because of the coordinate inputs from the script.
For example, this is taken directly from the script pastebin:
F6:: ;~ 3 inputs.
Click_M(2, 1) ;~ Produces 3 actions.
Return
The (2,1) means it goes down 2 spaces on RS. There are several in the script, (2,1), (4,1), etc. you can edit these to be activated by the hotkey of your choice. You can see where it says F6, this is the hotkey and the only part you alter. So if you changed the F6 to F2 which is what my hotkey is for this action, you save the script (which should already be saved as whatever you want to call it with .ahk at the end "Dg.ahk") and re-open it and it will now have the new hotkey. (Be sure to re-open it or it will not update the hotkey)
Installing AHK:
To get AHK working you need to go to www.autohotkey.com/ and download it at the top right. Once it's installed you just open a notepad or text file and paste the script from the pastebin then save it with .ahk at the end. Then just double click it and it runs the script and your hotkeys are available for use during the dg. You can edit the hotkeys whenever as explained above.
This is what I personally use as my hotkeys:
F2:: ;~ 3 inputs.
Click_M(2, 1) ;~ Produces 3 actions.
Return
F6:: ;~ 3 inputs.
Click_M(5, 1) ;~ Produces 3 actions.
Return
ESC:: ;~ 3 inputs.
Click_M(4, 1) ;~ Produces 3 actions.
Return
`:: ;~ 3 inputs.
Click_M(3, 1) ;~ Produces 3 actions.
Return
Being "`" "ESC" "F6" and "F2"
I wrote this mostly off the top of my head so if there's any confusion on something I didn't cover or questions in general feel free to ask
