Be warned that I'm really shit with this kind of stuff, but because I figured it out myself I wanted to share.
1) Download Keyboard Maestro for free from this link here: www.keyboardmaestro.com/main/.
2) Create a new Group to organize the DG macros. To add groups and macros, press the + button underneath each respective category. I made mine only available in the RuneScape client, but feel free to make it always available, or only available in the browser you use to play.
3) You're going to need four different macros to automate these five actions: buying essence, buying feathers, selling items, and creating runes/dropping gatestones. Name them however you'd like.
4) Each macro is going to be very similar - the only difference will be the distance the mouse will move.
5) To ensure your new macros are enabled, X out of the Available Actions window to show the three-paneled screen (Groups, Macros, then Action List). Highlight the group you created, and click "Enable" to the right if it does not already read "Enabled."
That's it! Hope this works for everyone the same way it did for me. Happy DGing! ;D

4) Each macro is going to be very similar - the only difference will be the distance the mouse will move.
- First, choose which Hot Key Trigger you want to activate each macro.
- Next, click New Action to bring up a menu of options.
- Under Interface Control, double click Move or Click Mouse to add it to the actions window.
- The first action for each of these macros needs to be set to Click the right button at (0,0) relative to the current mouse location.
- Double click Move or Click Mouse again to add another action to the list.
- You'll want to change "Click" to "Just Move" relative to the current mouse location, but the distance moved is different for each macro.
- These numbers may vary for you, so play around with them until it works, but I was successful with 115 for making essence, 80 for buying feathers, 95 for selling items, and 40 for making runes/dropping gatestones.
- Make sure you're entering these numbers into the right box, represented by the down arrow.
- Lastly, double click Move or Click Mouse again to add another action to the list.
- Set this one to Click with the left button at (0,0) from current mouse location.
5) To ensure your new macros are enabled, X out of the Available Actions window to show the three-paneled screen (Groups, Macros, then Action List). Highlight the group you created, and click "Enable" to the right if it does not already read "Enabled."
