When people are getting trial for key ranks they get 1 thats in charge of the trial,so they can't 'shop' around unless something else is agreed.

I understand people taking advantage of this so we shouldn't let them.
But getting feedback from many different people is also helpful. Plus all coordinator + ranks who are trialing should be about equally hard to pass.
