This thread is for both mentors and learners to leave their feedback on how the programs went, anything you liked or didn't like or any areas to possibly improve the program. Your feedback is very valuable in making sure this program runs well so please leave some! Ty

I found that the program doesn't cater towards better dgers too well, this needs to be improved. Also, the lack of ranks participating in DIP caused a bit of strain and I ended up having to ask one of my friends to help; something that is fine to an extent, but isn't really ideal considering the obvious time constraints due to a lack of the aforementioned.
The program itself does a good job on teaching people the basics, when the teachers don't argue about them, but as I've said above, better dgers should be pushed- and, in terms of speed, I wasn't.
Tl;dr: More teachers Geared towards better dgers better

More teachers probably, an idea to fix that would be having the best "students" step up and be a teacher instead.

Kunul they were orginially designed for less capable people but i understand where your coming from. It is a good idea to develop a program for the more advanced dungers, so would you be interested in maybe a new program which involves you duoing with a teacher and maybe another teacher ghosting you. This would maybe increase your responsibilities in the floor and allow more decisions to be made and given feedback on

I've done that with Otto a couple times and it was very useful.

(mainly a response to kunul) i did a few of the duo typed floors where i ghosted and critiqued the learner as they duo'd with another teacher. i like to give the suggestions during the floor rather than after so they don't forget the situation but this could get distracting at times, so the option to take notes during the floor and explain after is also available. I am confident areas to improve on can be found doing this method and, if not, you would be well worthy of the Maven rank >.>
In terms of being pushed, this program only aims to teach you the knowledge to handle any situation in a floor, not to improve your speed of decision making. Once you learn this knowledge you can practice it yourself to make the decisions quicker, we only teach you how to make the right ones

I particularly liked it when we were going slow and was expected to say why we were going to do something. I think after completing a few it'd be nice to ghost one of the teachers whilst they explain their actions as they go.

Ok, serious suggestion:
Split the DIP in terms of ability, there's things in there that more advanced members in the DIP who dont need to be taught the same thing twice.
What I suggest is doing a actual 5 man floor with someone ghosting at full speed to be evaluated what they DO and DON'T need to be taught in the DIP and mentors should focus on their main weaknesses as prioritisation .

Should clarify exactly the roles of every person like who can g8/path and stuff like that, idk first time i got really confused If you are doing the gating and floor management program for the first time and finding it hard to keep up with everything (which is common) your mentor should take over in assigning gates and paths etc while narrating everything to you and why it was done, also continuously narrating who has gated what + where and who is free gate and able to take a path or if all gates are taken up who could be the first to break. If you tell your mentor that you are struggling with the program or he notices this, modifications can be made to slow everything down or to swap and let the mentor narrate everything as explained above.

Also a big thanks to everyone who is leaving feedback, please continue to do so. I will be constantly changing the program/adding new things in to cater for the ideas/criticisms you are suggesting. ty
