What are my responsibilities?
As a Coordinator, you've proven to be more proficient at Dungeoneering than even a Maven. Your primary responsibilities include teaching those who seek assistance, trialing players for rank upgrades, and trialing players for an invite into the CC.
Coordinators have all the privileges of an Admin, and I you must read over the Admins+ forum before you trial someone to become a new member.
Assisting players? How do I do this?
ith the addition of the dg improvement programs, there have been some changes to the responsibilities of coordinator ranks.
As a Coordinator, you've proven to be more proficient at Dungeoneering than even a Maven. Your primary responsibilities include teaching those who seek assistance through the DIP and trialling players for an invite into the CC.
Trialling players to join the clan:
Coordinators have all the privileges of an Admin, and I you must read over the Admins+ forum before you trial someone to become a new member, the relevant information can be found there.
Participating in the DIP:
Coordinator ranks will be expected to actively participate in these programs by being 'mentors' for clan members who request to be a part of the program. For now, there is no required number of students for each coordinator to mentor for and at some times there may be no-one applying for the program but we trust you to want to help out these programs/encourage people to sign up for them and actively participate in mentoring as stated above.
How to mentor for someone:
When people apply to participate in the DIP on the forums, you should reply saying you are happy to help them and you can organise when you are both available to do these floors in cc. If a person asks to join the DIP from in the cc, encourage them to read about it and apply on the forums, but this is not compulsory. Maria is keeping a list of mentors and their students in the coordinator forums which will be updated from the application thread or if you just let her know.
**Note: It is no longer the job of coordinator ranks to trial people for key rank upgrades (carrier, keyer, maven). This is now the responsibility of overseer+ ranks.
